Latino Mindset Podcast is a space about mental health, psychology, therapy and emotional well-being for the Latino community. We speak without taboos or judgment about anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationships, family, trauma and identity.
From a close, human and real perspective, we talk with therapists about the emotional conflicts that many Latinos live in silence. Our purpose is to normalize therapy and create a space where you feel seen, heard and accompanied.

Psychologist who graduated from the University of Havana (2001), with a master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Valencia; now completing her master’s in Clinical Social Work at Ana G. Méndez University. Over two decades blending clinical psychology, social work, and a holistic view of emotional well-being.
Psychologist trained in Havana, with a bachelor’s in psychology and education and a master’s in general psychology; pursuing a master’s in clinical social work, on the path to LCSW and LMHC. She supports children, adults, and older adults facing anxiety, depression, and grief, with compassionate, person-centered care.
Born in Havana, trained as a biology teacher and passionate about psychology, he came to the United States in 2022 and turned every change into learning. He works with older adults in the psychosocial field, creating spaces to listen, accompany, and help people feel seen and valued.

Director, documentary filmmaker and audiovisual producer with 32 years of experience telling stories for television, documentaries and digital platforms. She began in Cuban television in 1994, where she co-directed the children’s series La Sombrilla Amarilla, and spent nine years in the Dominican Republic directing documentaries such as The Making of XXI Century, about pianist Gonzalo Rubalcaba.
Today she is Senior Video Producer at Telemundo Deportes, where she leads the editing team behind the network’s digital platforms and has been part of coverage of the FIFA World Cups and the Olympic Games in Rio, Tokyo and Paris — work recognized with Emmy and Cynopsis Sports Media awards.
